As the user administrator, it is possible to create restricted accounts and respectively apply roles to certain users, the primary restricted accounts come under the categories of "Print Only" and "Modify Only".
This will give the user the ability to search for specific employees and print individual P11D benefit statements. Once logged in, they will see a screen as demonstrated below, whereby they can search for employees within the system and print them
They can then search for employeees via payroll (that is, searching across all employers within an installation) with the ability to switch between tax years.
You can then print out the respective P11D benefit statement for that employee, similarly, the Modify role allows the same options, with the ability to modify the benefit only for the specific employee with applied restrictions to prevent company wide changed.
