If an employee identifies a requirement to have Administrator rights on a PC or Server (for software updates or installation for example), the following process/form must be followed.

Employee allocation date/time logged




Removal of rights diarised/noted




Employee undertakes documented activity

Admin right removed




If 'end time' reached before completion, review ongoing requirement
