The P11D Organiser provides functionality to test communication settings/access restrictions so that users can check that communication channels are correctly configured within their infrastructure


To access the test buttons, once logged into the software, from the Admin menu select 'System Configuration and Setup'




From the window that appears, select the Comms tab



There are two button on that screen that test the communications to our update server (MyP11D) and to HMRC (for submissions).


The "Test Connection to MyP11d" button should display the following pop-up dialogue if the connection is successful  


The "Test Connection to HMRC" button should display the following pop-up dialogue if the connection is successful  



www.myp11d.com and transaction-engine.tax.service.gov.uk are the sites that need whitelisting if there is any test failure
