To guarantee data security and availability on the hosted platform, we run systems in two geographically separate data centres, both within the Microsoft Azure infrastructure (UK South and UK West data centres).
Data Backup
UK South is the main data centre from which customer data is backed up every 5 minutes to the UK West data centre. Each data centre uses asymmetric AES256 encrypted storage devices.
