On occasions, you may either have duplicate information (if you mistakenly import a file twice) or you need to refresh the information with more up-to-date information (e.g. your medical provider sends you information again).
Previously, you had to delete the existing benefits for each description that needs a new position and then import again...... Now you can simply run the import again in Replacement Mode
This will take out the section benefits that already exist in the database and leave you with just what's applied from your new import file.
If you wish to preserve other descriptions/benefit types in the same section, you can keep them preserved. Simply double-click on the ones you need to keep.
Then proceed as normal!
